The project of the Valley of Treasures Foundation is a 1-hectare open-air park created from native fruit trees, located in the neighborhood of the Valley of Treasures in Bálványos. The park will contain ancient fruit trees that are native only to the Carpathian Basin, grafted onto wild rootstock and originating from the Fairy Garden created by Uncle Gyula Kovács.
The area was originally designed to be a free-to-visit park, which anyone can visit, spend time in its area, relax on the benches, children can play on the swings, and in the created spaces. The goal is to have the data of the fruit trees listed in a database along with their exact GPS coordinates, so that anyone can take grafts from the trees at any time and propagate them further. The Valley of Treasures Foundation is committed to the protection, regeneration and restoration of nature, and therefore places great emphasis on having an area that can be visited freely at any time, where credit holders supporting the park can relax, eat organic fruits, and enjoy the silence and beauty of nature.
This area can accommodate approximately 600 fruit trees and 1,500 shrubs, which will function as a natural fence to keep wildlife away. The complete afforestation of the area and its transformation into a park will be built with 4,200 Green World Credits. Please support the Valley of Treasures Park with your Green World Credits and be part of the biodiversity program of nature and fruit trees within the Green Connect Program. Look for Green Connect Partners to plant a tree for you, or use SNA-System elements to benefit from the Green World Credit opportunities for every 1 m2 of element purchased. With GWC, you not only support nature conservation through the Green Connect Program and the Green World Mission Foundation, but also support the ACERS Foundation, whose mission is to support education, arts, communities, and cultures.
