Bálványos Village – World Tree Park

Bálványos is a picturesque valley village not far from Lake Balaton. At the entrance of the village lies a 1-hectare area, currently a grassy field, which will be transformed into a beautiful ancient orchard park with benches, educational storyboards about the village’s history, a playground, and a small labyrinth.

Leírás

The Park will contain ancient fruit trees that are native only to the Carpathian Basin, grafted onto wild rootstock and come from the Fairy Garden created by Uncle Gyula Kovács.
The park will ensure completely chemical-free farming.

The project requires 5400 GWC credits.

The park will remain open to visitors, and you can pick fruit from its ancient fruit trees at any time, and you can take grafts from them. The fruit trees will be marked with GPS coordinates and listed in a public system.
We will prepare a report on the progress of the project and the growth of the trees every year for the GWC owners.

Please support the World Tree Park of Bálványos village with your Green World Credit and be part of the biodiversity program of nature and fruit trees within the Green Connect Program. Look for Green Connect Partners to plant a tree for you, or use SNA-System elements to benefit from the Green World Credit opportunities for every 1 m2 element purchased.
With GWC, you not only support nature conservation through the Green Connect Program and the Green World Mission Foundation, but also support the ACERS Foundation, whose mission is to support education, arts, communities, and cultures.

Thank you for participating in the Green Connect program. “Stay Close to Nature”
